My wife's RAV4 has a Lifetime Alignment through Firestone. We have used other of their locations for this service in the past over the years without issue. I had several new rear suspension parts installed by another shop due to the old bushings being worn out, and afterward took it to the Firestone location on Mission Blvd. for a 4-wheel alignment. I explained it had numerous new parts, thus the need for an alignment. Afterward it did not feel right to me, but I don't drive my wife's car that often. I had her drive it and she said it did not feel right, and did not feel safe in it, and confirmed my observation that the rear end felt unstable on turns and bumps in the road. Took it back and had them align it again. It still felt off. Took it to Southern Tire Mart in Tontitown and paid them $150 to align it while I had it there getting new tires installed. It now feels stable and like it did before! No more swaying and darting from the rear end! Isidro, the technician, was awesome! Very friendly and informative! He also found a loose jam nut on a control arm and said the toe-in was out of spec. So glad Southern Tire Mart was able to make my iwfe's car stable and safe aga

I had a great experience with Southern Tire Mart’s on-call service. I was stuck with a flat trailer tire, and Don came out to help. He showed up quickly, was professional and friendly, and had the tire changed in no time. It’s not easy finding fast and reliable roadside help, but Don made it a smooth and stress-free experience. Outstanding service all around—highly recommend if you ever need mobile tire support!

True to their word, the technician arrived right on schedule. Don was not only punctual but also incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They assessed the situation quickly, diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt completely at ease knowing my semi was in good hands.
